      The Music Studio provides a wonderful environment for young and old(er) kids to learn music. The classes are perfectly paced to teach kids how to read music, play the piano and understand how music works. The teachers have decades of experience teaching young children the fundamentals of music, and provide a fun environment for learning. Take it from a parent who has spent plenty of hours in the classroom observing, and learning a little bit myself! Also, the annual concert at the Palace Theatre is a joy!

      If you want your kids to learn to play the piano--and sing, and read music, and understand rhythm and pitch and dynamics and be held to a high standard and learn to work--this is the place. All three of my children have attended and The Music Studio has benefited each of them in countless ways.

      Services/Products
      The Music Studio provides comprehensive music education for children beginning at age 4, as well as short-term classes for very young children and for adults. Our students learn to read, make, understand, and appreciate music, and they learn to play the piano with accuracy and joy. Our classes and private lessons are challenging, but our attitude is positive and encouraging. We believe all children can excel musically, and with our help and parental support, they do!

      Amenities
      Each large classroom is equipped with a grand piano and 8 full-size digital pianos, so each student has his or her own during the lesson. There is also a full complement of every sort of rhythm instrument, xylophones and metallophones, recorders, guitars, and more. Our faculty is highly experienced both in performing music and in teaching students of all ages.
