An old family friend referred me to Jim at Star Roofing. I had several roofers try to repair a section of the roof without sucess. The guys came out on time, explained what the found and fixed the problem all in less than three hours. When the bill came it was fair and detailed. I never write reviews but in this case I thought I should. Oh, by the way, no leaks and its been over 90 days since the repair ! Frank Malozzi , Galway NY

I am very frustrated with Star Roofing, I called to get an estimate and was informed that I had to pay an up front $175 fee for the estimate. Most roofing companies give free estimates and the only way to get the $175 back is if you choose them to do the roof. I'm sorry but that is a huge turn off, it's forcing you to choose them or loose $175.

Thank you Star ! The crew was great and our roof looks lovely. Our salesman, Dennis, explained everything to us and the job went as planned. Although you were not the low bid we choose you, it proves out the old adage "You get what you pay for'.

Just like the commercial said, Star showed up on time and did a super job. The roof looks great, clean up was exceptionally done and the staff did everything they said they would do. Thanks Star for a job well done !!!
