There great as long as you never need any assistance. Had a hardship and they just dont care. Not even the courtesy of returning phone calls. They will not work with you, put you in collections in a blink of an eye, and then strong arm you. Really. And I am not alone, check other site reviews. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BEGGING on the streat before you take a loan out the this company.

People at the Hoosick Rd branch need to learn how to work with each other. Boss has yelled at member specialist for silly reasons in front of members. They have some really good people there but need a better manager to guide them and become a team. Right now you can cut the tension with a knife in there. Thinking of going to another branch just to not have to see some of the workers squirm with discontent while at work. People's roles need to be defined and not cross the line as to who bosses around who. Drop by for an unanounnced visit and talk to each member specialist and they will tell you of the disaster the place is in.

I do not believe that they should qualify for anything as when u send a certified death certificate and advise them that your husband has died ,passed away, is deceased and not living, his only address is heaven yet instead of receiving i am sorry he is now living someplace else and no help with insurance is available.
