Marie Dolfi, LCSW is an adoption counselor that specializes in providing adoption services to adoptees, adoptive parents, birth parents, expectant parents considering adoption, and prospective adoptive parents. Knowing that adoption issues are unique and can impact adoption triad members in a variety of ways over a lifetime, Marie has participated in extensive relinquishment and adoption issues training to become an adoption competent counselor. As an adoption counselor, Marie’s private practice provides counseling, consultation, and adoption support groups. In addition to meeting with adoption triad members in her Albany, NY office, Marie is an adoption speaker at conferences, professional development for mental health professionals, and adoption support groups.
