He is the attorney of record in reported court decisions involving the valuation of commercial, industrial and utility properties including resort hotels, golf courses, condominiums, factories, mines, senior housing facilities, nursing homes, apartment buildings, shopping malls, office buildings and utility properties, as well as exemption issues involving not-for-profit corporations. He also represents municipalities in the tax foreclosure process. He has served as a Deputy Corporation Counsel in the City of Troy since 2005.
