The Independent Network Operations Consortium was founded in December 2000 by subsidiaries of four upstate New York Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers ( ILEC ). The business idea behind INOC was to provide each member or ISP company with high end data services and Internet connectivity, as well as offering collocation and managed hosting solutions. Today, each of the INOC member companies offer high speed Internet broadband access, e-mail services, web hosting, offsite storage and collocation services via a shared resources Datacenter environment. Concerned about the corporate and financial stability of your current or future collocation provider? This is not an issue for INOC customers, our founding members have been in business for more than 400 years combined.
