Some dentists and dental hygentists that work/worked here don't abide by the Hippocratic Oath. Awful horror experience here. Highly not recommended. Criminal investigation going on.

Once upon a time a wicked dental hygenist brushed corn syrup on the back of people's teeth, the customers she doesn't like and puts sealant over the top of the corn syrup! There is something wrong with this older dental hygenist. (Black hair, very heavy makeup), be careful. Go somewhere else. She'll do it to your children too and the dentist will let this mental woman do it! Because she manipulates him. She is mental. I'm not kidding unfortunately there is something wrong with her mind.

Seriously, go to the one at the empire state plaza instead, pay the parking it will really be worth your while because these guys really stink!! I went to this dentist for three years for cleanings every six months etc. I moved out of the area and shortly after had a problem with a tooth, went to a dentist and oh my they found a huge cavity on the back side of my front tooth, and a huge cavity on a molar. Now if these folks in guilderland were doing their job correctly that wouldn't have been!! If you have gone here seriously get a second opininion, i only switched because it was more convenient to find parking than at the plaza!! HUGE MISTAKE COST ME A LOT OF MONEY BECUASE I did have CSEA dental benefits and when I moved out of state I didn't have any dental coverage!!
