Private facility with ample parking. Personal fitness training sessions are conducted in a private studio. Unlike sessions conducted in health clubs and gyms, where you workout in a crowded facility, the only people present during your session are you and your trainer. Class sizes are small ranging from 2-10 people max. All programs, services and classes are highly customized for the individual. We do not sell, promote or recommend dietary or nutritional supplements. Our programs are 100% natural, do-it-yourself.
