I only give it one star because there is no option to give it zero stars. The counselor met with my child, myself and the child's mom for an "assessment". He asked many personal questions and details. He said for us parents to call back to set up the next visit. I called back - twice, leaving messages on the counselor's voice mail asking when my child could come for the next visit. The counselor never bothered to even call back. It is the most unprofessional thing I've seen. The absolute worst.
