We need the ability to rate them ZERO stars. Not only did they never show up, but when I called 4 times they kept telling me that they were on their way. DJ was the most rude and horrid customer service person ever and should be fired, along with the drivers who never bothered to show up. Nordic Track refunded me the delivery fee and has gotten complaints about their service and are aware of it. They will be handling it at Icon fitness who is the parent company for Nordic Track

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible company to deal with.... scheduled delivery date changed 3 times (they said at customer's request - but this is NOT TRUE). I took vacation to be there when they delivered - a delivery that never came. When I call and get someone ...they put me on hold and don't come back. Now their phone number is no longer in service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would...email and phone number do not work supposed to deliver a mattress to me but never called or showed up!

the worst freight company I ever did business with.they have my hot tub for two weeks and is not delivered.calls are a waste of time.they are one hour from me and TWO WEEKS LATER ????

I will never do business with you people again. Just a horrible experience from the beginning. This is not acceptable that I have to wait so long for a delivery. After taking time off from work and having to use vacation time to be home for you and then it took me calling your office to find out the dryer was not coming at all, with no courtesy call from you. Lets see the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday and now it was moved back to Saturday,,, REALLY . Then your Female phone clerk hangs up on me, like she has a clue as to what day it is. Very rude people. I strongly support you stay away from.
