If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm now going on day 3 of being lied to about when someone would be coming to get my car. Their staff has absolutely no idea how to communicate with their customers or the drivers. They blamed the weather two days in a row for the fact that they couldn't get out here to pick up my car. I'm now seriously considering going elsewhere. These people are idiots.

Should not get even one star. Was lied to multiple times by your staff that my vehicle was going to be towed there and never was and then after the car finally made it there you lied and said it was not there although it had been there for a full day. If your insurance company wants to tow your car here refuse, it will be the best decision you can make if you want the process to move along at all to get an auto claim adjusted.
