I order my son birthday cake two weeks ago.called on Friday to confirmed I will be picking up a curious George cake on Saturday at 9:00 am get their at 1:00pm they are givingme a Crayola cake that I nerver order.I personally went to this location and place my order for a curious George cake.I even show the sales girl the curious George design from their computer.my husband told the manger and she said they will fix it.I decided to called in and speak with manager first of all she was very rude and nasty.she told me that they work with code and that's what I order really I chosen curious George themes. And my husband is rude.I were given a Crayola curious George cake with all different color around it and a small curious George drawn on top. I am no satisfied with my ordered at all.I will never recommend my friends or family.

I have used you guys before for "drop ins" to pick up cookies and cupcakes. But, the last few times that I made a special order I was VERY disappointed. During the holidays I ordered a pie - and it tasted as if it had been made in a batch an on the old side - rather than freshly nade for me. Then this week I go to pick up my special order birthday cake - 1 hour before I needed it - and it was no where to be found. After some investigation - they discovered that the girl taking the order wrote the wrong "due date". While you will willing to still make me cake there was no way I would be able to wait and still have it on time!!!!! And on top of it, I paid full price for a cake that was on hand - which was not even close to what I had ordered. You would have thought you given me the cake for free or at least at a discount. I am at the time in my life hen a lot of people are getting married and having babies - and I will make sure they DO NOT order anything from you!
At the last three family parties we have had a cake that came from Cocca Dotts. A difficult group to please because our Aunt is a Super Baker. Aunt M does Untouchable Pie crust and great cakes. But, I've got to say the Cakes from Cocca Dotts are Yea!! Cute as a Button and very Yummy. I've had Lemon, Chocolate and Carrot cake, all rank right up there with the best cakes I've had. The price is not that much higher then a cake anywhere. The quality you get for the price is much higher then you get most places. Pretty soon when you go to a party and tell the hostess that cake was great and ask, where did you get it.? You'll be hearing the same answer from everyone, Cocca Dotts.
Excellent bakery. A little pricy, but you pay for quality. Their chocolate cake is so moist and a must of have. We have made special orders and they do their best to give you what you want.
I ordered a carrot cake for a shower and EVERYONE said it was THE BEST carrot cake they ever had. It was pricey but worth every cent! They duplicated the design on our invitation and it was so cute. They are amazing. We've had a wedding cake by them and birthdays. Once you've had a Cocca Dotts cake, you'll never go anywhere else!

Their cakes are not only pretty but they taste good too. They are more expensive than a Hannaford cake but worth every penny

they are the only baker in upper New York that makes peanut butter birthday cakes. we order two more after the initial cake. from cookies to cakes they are the best in the area.
