Excellent service!! Owner went above and beyond setting up and installing the network at our small business. He actually LISTENED to what we wanted and how much we could spend - and he did a terrific job. For my personal use, he gave me an excellent price on a used laptop he fixed up in 2008. It still runs beautifully, no glitches. My experiences with other comp-biz's were ok, just nowhere near the quality and reliability we get from Mr. Straw. I think CSI has got to be the best in the Capital District; really great service and sales from the past couple years I've dealt with them. Always consistently great!
