Bough subs and an amp off my friend, and had them installed here. The wires were exposed along the inside of my cabin, and they left one of their tools in my trunk.

We had a car starter installed at the Clifton Park location. They broke a piece on the steering wheel that adjusts the steering wheel. They told us they would order the piece and replace it. After a series of our calling them to ask if the piece has come in for FOUR MONTHS. We bought the piece (they reimbursed us after walking in with the receipt and asking for it) and installed it ourselves. Don't go near this place.

Beware Boomer McLoud. I helped a customer with a rqdio they had installed. They charged $75 to remove the radio from one vehicle, sold the customer a new kit and charged labor to install it in his new car. $75 for 15 minutes works to $300 an hour. My local audio store charges $20 if no new installation is involved. Waives the fee if a new installation is arranged. Customer service is sorely lacking at Boomer-McLoud
