Established in 1998, HTS Construction, Inc. began as a one-man operation hauling dirt for home builders and performing light excavation work. Over thirteen years later, we have evolved into a corporation capable of self performing all aspects of civil site-work construction. We are large enough to handle civil site projects of up to three million dollars, yet small enough to give homeowners and small businesses the respect and attention their projects deserve.
