Located in Albany, Calif., Ocean View Elementary School is governed by the Albany City Unified School District. The school offers classes from prekindergarten through grade five, and enrolls more than 600 students. Its curriculum includes English, mathematics, science, language art, social studies, art and music, band, physical education, and special education and computer studies. The school also operates a parent teacher association and offers lunch services to its students. Ocean View Elementary School provides special services, such as reading and resource specialists, a speech and language pathologist, a school psychologist and occupational therapist, physical education teacher, librarian, and several instructional aides. The school has a fully equipped library, media center, computer and science library, and a cafeteria.
