Had surgery on 9/12. Excellent doctor. Spent time with me and explained things, didn’t rush into surgery, listened well. I would highly recommend!
I really like Dr. Spencer. He took his time to explain my condition and gave me options for treatment. He listened to my concerns and was very easy to talk to.
Love the whole experience with this clinic. The people are amazing; I leave here laughing every time! I have and will continue to recommend people!!!
dr spencer is by far the best bone doctor in otero county. he did an amazing job helping get back on my feet. anytime you have any bone issues come see dr spencer you wont regret it.

- General Info
- Dr. Loren Spencer was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University where he graduated with a degree in Biology. During his undergraduate training, he developed an interest in research as he worked as a microbiology laboratory technician for the United States Department of Agriculture. Dr. Spencer received his Medical School training at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. As a member of the inaugural class, he had many opportunities to lead and serve as president of the biomechanics club and vice-president of the sports medicine club.Dr. Spencer completed a three year surgical residency at Scripps Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center in San Diego, California. During residency, he learned many different techniques and procedures as he rotated through six different hospitals and numerous surgery centers in San Diego. Through his various rotations he became proficient in elective and traumatic foot, ankle, and leg surgery. He spent two months at Kaiser San Francisco where he received additional training in performing total ankle implants and other reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. As chief resident, he had many opportunities to teach lectures, cadaver workshops, and surgical techniques to residents and students. Dr. Spencer's interest in research continued as he completed research projects on radiographic foot and ankle measurement analysis and chronic ankle instability which were presented at various National Podiatric Symposia.In his spare time, Dr. Spencer enjoys riding bikes and spending time with his wife and three sons and daughter.
