This place has amazing food, and if you go in on a good day "acceptable" service. Today was not a good day. I ordered online, like usual, and went to pick up my order 20 minutes later. usually my order would be ready and i would be on my way, but when i asked for my order the cashier told me that my order had "just come in". I said fine i can wait 10 minutes, i can understand technical difficulties. 30 minutes later, i go up to the counter and complain that i had been waiting to long for an order that should have been ready by the time i arrived, a different cashier went to the check and realized that my food had been their THE WHOLE TIME. AND she tried to blame the ordeal on me, saying "maybe we had already called your name and you didn't hear" ... i think not!
to Summarize the service is horrible and childish, and do not order online, also if they say your order isn't ready yet, have them physically check the tray.
they are lazy!!
