A wonderful shop. I adore Vicki, the owner, and Lydia, and so many others who work there. They have helpful ideas and suggestions when needed. The shop has so many choices, more than you'd think. I've taken at least 6 classes there and they were all great. It's my favorite place in Alameda - and my favorite bead store in the area.

I love this bead store. I went in recently just to browse but found the store to be so attractive and the staff person helping me so friendly and engaging in a respectful way that I wound up buying some supplies for, and becoming newly enthusiastic about, a project that I had been avoiding for awhile. The store is very nicely organized and quite tidy. The displays are at a comfortable level for the eyes and the colors are grouped in an appealing way. The classes are quite interesting and well taught. I have taken 3 classes and found that complex techniques were taught skillfully...explanations were easy to follow and the instructors took interest in the student work. It was a good experience and I look forward to going back!!
