Car was towed to Wilson by an outside company. Customer was informed charges would be for towing only, no diagnostic fee. Customer opted not to have car repaired at Wilson's Garage. Customer was then informed of daily storage fee including tax. Customer objected but gave credit card information for payment. Wilson than contacted towing company to inform them that only cash would be accepted. Unbeknownst to customer.
I've always been able to take the service recommendations from my manual and feel confident they will be square with me on what I need to have done and what can wait until further wear or mileage. They also are willing to drive you to work or pick you up if you work in the area. I never fear getting "taken for a ride" by Jim Wilson, his son Chris or any of the other people I've dealt with there.
