We bought a camper from sirpillas at the Cleveland rv show. It has been a nightmare ever since. It came with the wrong color interior , and one of the slide-outs was crooked.We have been made to feel like we are wrong to want them to make it right.We get the run around every time we call them. Asked them about compensation for all our problems and they blew up. They are giving us a very small compensation now. But we sent in our first payment and still have no camper to use. We get one story after another, and today we got two different stories.We are being treated like we are being unreasonable for wanting what we paid for. I wish I had checked the reviews before we bought our camper.What we are left with is they have our money and our camper. Not to worry, now we are supposed to get it next week again, not counting on it. This is our fourth camper we bought and by far the worst dealer we have dealt with.

would never use sirpilla rv, the management is a joke, the whole staff, get rid of all them and start over. overpriced, completely dishonest, don't buy from them

I humbly beg any human being, to use EXTREME caution if considering purchasing an RV from Sirpilla. Ever hear of a Liars, liars? Ever hear of a con mans, con man? You were warned. And once you engage them, you will instantly think, "Aww, these are nice people" . I guarantee you, regret will begin in your life. Then you will realize, my caution is heartfelt. To save you the 1000's of dollars you could of spared yourself when your RV fails & cost 1000"s to repair. Sirpillas will not, give you as much as a 1 mile, or one hour guarantee on any of their used RV's. "AS_IS" !! And when you walk back to the dealership the mile it took for your RV to fail mechanically, they will say to you... "Ohio law states, bla, bla , blah...." Oh, threaten Sirpilla with a lawyer? LOL....They have a in-house lawyer who will gladly answer all your questions. Yes, an in-house lawyer. Now, do the math.

We purchased a nearly new 2009 Salem Camper and paid top dollar for it. We were told the sale was "as is" but had no idea how many problems we would have our very first day of ownership. Also, promises made by the salesperson were never discussed or executed by the operations, sales or management team. Very dissapointed. Get everthing in writing and test every single thing on the camper before you sign a purchase agreement.

bought a used rv. Didn't get it home without breaking down. Salesman vague on answers to questions we had before sale. Believe he knew of problems and just elluded to no problems. Can not even get a call back from anyone there when we asked for at least help with the tow bill. Would like questions answered about problems they knew about the unit we bought, not help with fixing them. Will never deal with them again, and think everyone should investigate them before having any dealings with them

Truly a horrifying experience. When I needed service, I was told...You bought it now fix it yourself. All units are marked up 40% before each sale and they act as if youre really screwing them when you try to deal on a lower price.. DO NOT BUY HERE
