Saikrishna C. Gourishetti, MD, is a fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist at University Hospitals. Dr. Gourishetti provides care for patients across all domains of facial plastic surgery, including complex facial reanimation procedures to treat facial paralysis; functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty; aesthetic surgery for facial aging including facelifts, blepharoplasty, Botox, fillers and laser therapy; Mohs reconstruction following skin cancer removal; head and neck microvascular reconstruction; facial trauma surgery; congenital cleft lip and palate surgery; and craniofacial surgery.
