The manager at roses has very poor customer service skills!!!!!... I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!!.. Never get your lashes done there they will come off the next day, and the managers response is oh well!!!!

We never go back to Rose Nails!!!! Had eyelash extensions put on there and they irritated my eyes so bad after an hour having them on I had to take them off. I called and said I dont want a refund but can you please just give me a fill on my nails instead. Mind you the eyelash extensions were $35 and Fills are $18. The girl was so rude and told me no. I said I have been coming to your salon for awhile now and I have referred family and friends to your salon, Im not asking for my money back just a $18 fill. She refused, not a way for a owner to make sure her client is pleased with the work that is being done in there salon and to keep that client. So my friends, family, and I will never go back there again. You dont treat your clients rude for your wrong doings, I could have went to the hospital instead and handled it in a different matter. Horrible place, Rude women that work there!!!!
