My friend and I had a very satisfying visit at your Fairlawn store. We were greeted in the lobby by Glenn Griffith. We were making a purchase for a nursing home resident so we had lots of questions and were grateful he was able to answer all of them. Our purchase was a lift chair and because you had many choices we were able to find one that was perfect for our client. Glenn was able to tell us the in and outs for the needs of our friend. I will be returning for furniture for my entire home and hope Glenn will be around to help. I liked he wasn't pushy, felt he was honest and very helpful in explaining the policies for both motor and fabric, of which I purchased both! Sincerely, Sherril Rundle
I had a very nice experience at your store in Fairlawn. The salesperson, Glenn Griffith, was quite friendly and very knowledgeable about beds. After several demonstrations, we decided on a Serta PillowTop with motion base and we're very excited!
I would recommend your store to anyone and certainly would recommend Glenn.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LEVIN STORE! They do not stand by their products, we have a couch that we had to replace TWICE due to the stitching coming out! Now all the padding in the arms is flat as a pancake and they will do nothing to service it and fix it. WARNING- they WILL up sell you the warranty plan- dont fall for it! I have tried twice to get them to come out to remove stains and EVERYTIME the stain is not covered! READ THE ENTIRE WARRANTY PLAN FORM BEFORE YOU PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS- ONCE YOU READ IT YOU WILL REALIZE IT IS A SCAM AND PRETTY MUCH NOTHING IS COVERED AND YOU WILL BE LIKE ME...PAYING $180.00 FOR SOMETHING THAT IS USLESS. The managment of this store lacks customer service and will not do ANYTHING to help out the client that spent THOUSANS of dollars at their store. IF I WAS ABLE I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS STORE ONE STAR! BUYER BEWARE!!
