After waiting more than 2 1/2 years for an original, unused ignition key cylinder for a 1960 Corvette, Joe said to refuse the package for a full refund. USPS shows tracking 9402111899562445928319 was returned to Joe and he insists it never was. Joe refuses to follow-up with USPS to submit a claim and recover the $350 I am do. This only shows that he does not want to commit perjury for filing a false claim since the package was returned and I never received my refund. Joe refuses to acknowledge emails or answer my phone calls. Stay away, bad business. Go to competitors.

Mr. Jesser decided to keep my rare 1930 Chrysler locks and I can no longer reach his business.I would never recommend him to anyone and if I didn't live out of state I would have sued him in small claims court.
