Great cuts, clean place. Dog comes home happy. Never caged, which she is pretty happy about that. Nice people, convenient location.

My Westie hates going to the groomers, no matter who they are. For the last eight years of trying various, numerous times, I assumed it was just my dog. Every time I take him, he hides behind me and when I pick him up, he is shaking profusely and whining and has even acted traumatized. This is NOT the case with Groovy Grooms. He greets the guy named Bryan and adores the lady named LuLu. When I pick him up, he is excited to see me and not upset at all. Never traumatized and perhaps it has everything to do with not being caged for eight hours. By appointment only assures that time has been set aside for MY dog and when finished, he wanders the shop until I get there.



We are peculiar with our grooming requests according to weather and events, such as traveling. They nail it every time. After reading the reviews on this page, I agree that Dave has NEVER been to this groomer, is competition, OR, he has them confused with someone else. Regardless, bad karma on him for lying.



I am reassured that if something happened to my dog, they would bring it to my attention immediately. The two groomers that I always meet with, will tell you about their families of dogs. They are true animal lovers and would put the needs of the dogs before the worry of repercussions. I love them and am glad that I forgot my cell phone today and had to google their number, otherwise, I would have never seen the nasty things that this “Dave” character said. Angus loves them at Groovy Grooms and if he does, I do! PERIOD

They r fantastic. Easy to make appointments.Tthey don't make r dogs sit in a cage for 8 hours w/o food or water. Nor do they cage dry so i don't hav 2 worry about my dog locked in an oven praying the timer doesn't break or some teenage staffer on a phone forgets about them. It's just as simple as call the week i want 2 come in drop off my dog & and in about 2 hours fluffy is ready 4 pick up. Sometimes i get bogged down @ work & thankfully they have hav open walk-ins Sat 10-2. so I never hav 2 wait 2 get my dog groom or 2 get it back promtly. They go by my schedule, not their own. I've called around & they hav really good prices. the best part though is how wonderful my dogs smell & how happy they are when picked up.

Today my son took both our dogs to Groovy Grooms to have their nails trimmed. These butchers cut to one of the dog's quicks and he was bleeding profusely. These people should even be allowed to touch STUFFED animals let alone living ones. Then they had the audacity of charging full price after injuring our dog.
