Our relatively old two desktop computers have required periodic services or updates all of which were performed by the Computer City duo. We are most satisfied with their professional, helpful and friendly attitude, prompt service, competative prices and HONESTY. When a compter has problems, the uninitiated can spend a fortune for unnecesary hardware replacements or softwear problem solutions. Honesty is mandatory for the computer repair technician. I took my laptop first to a repair shop and they told me a needed a motherboardthe cost would be more than 400$,then i took it to computer city and they fixed it for 119$ i was very pleased with the very good and quick service.

I was unable to access my external hard drive (it said it needed formatted) which was my photo album over the last five years. I contacted larger businesses in the Akron/Canton area, little help or no response. I looked in the phone book, contacted Computer City. I took my drive in Monday and it was ready to go by Wednesday. They had pulled my pictures from my the hard drive, installed same on dvd, formatted my hard drive, reinstalled pictures back. Very professional and fast service.
