Had to go there today to return a vehicle. No one could find the general manager for the first half an hour that I was there. He didn't have his phone with him and he wasn't responding to pages throughout the dealership. When he was finally located almost 40 minutes later it was in the bathroom. Then his general attitude was as if I was inconveniencing him. It then took an additional 40 minutes to an hour to complete our transaction for a grand total of almost 2 hours for something that should've taken 10 minutes. I'm not sure the GM of any company should be unreachable in the bathroom for 40 minutes it's probably a bad policy.
