In our opinion, this company should be given 10 stars! They did a job for someone who they didn't know as a customer. My bosses asked that they make some photo badges for them because the machine that was in our company was broken and the badges were needed that day. They dropped them off on their lunch hour and before they were finished eating lunch, they received a call that the badges were ready. When they went to pick them up, there was no charge because the badges were for a memorial race for our son in Chicago. I can't thank the Screenprint Factory enough for their kindness and generosity to us. Your kindness will never be forgotten by our family! Jim and Mary
