This business is now operating as Harbor Chase. As of this writing (3/2011) this facility has much room for improvement. It is apparent they are trying to keep down their operating costs which is reflected in numerous areas (i.e. poorly maintained buildings, less than average housekeeping services, limited activities, etc). If you like the "thrift shop" look, you'll love the work of their design team. Hint...some times less is best!! Most of the staff seem pleasant enough but I was not at all impressed with the number of times I received conflicting answers or the response of "I really don't know" when asking for rather basic information. I do not know how long HRA has been operating this location. If less than 2 years, I won't judge them too harshly, as it takes some time to "settle in" after taking over a business. But if longer than that, I have to say "Shame, shame, shame!" You really need to get off your duff and get your place up to where it should be.
