This company stinks and their new service boxes are always messing up. I need to find an alternative. Lines are busy for hours.

I hate their new service boxes, my service is always down, then the line is always busy. I need to look for another alternative. This service stinks.

This is the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. The service agent is useless at trying to reset or fix the equipment. He offered to have me talk to his manager and then put me on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered or picked up my call. And they call this customer service. It is a good thing the apartment complex has the agreement with Atlantic Broadband because if it was with me they would have been cancelled months ago when they gave us these cheap China made junk for a digital signal service.
