We had to use the Ark last week in an emergency (our Vet was out of town). The staff was excellent, Dr. Jones and his assistant showed great compassion and knowledge, they were wonderful. I can only recommend this clinic and will use it from now on.

Most knowledgeable doctor we ever went to- an old vet we knew in Columbia said he thinks Dr. Jones is the best in SC.. The staff are the friendliest we ever met at a vet office. The doctor is also a surgeon and operates Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as for emergencies. Plus our cat loves him.

Clean. Good service. Great vet with much experience. Excellent fees compared to some others. Vet truly loves animals.

I just moved to the area and made use of as many reviews as I could...plus I needed an appt TODAY because of my work schedule. The Ark not only took my three dogs in within three hours of my initial call...my whole experience was very positive. Dr. Jones was very professional and knowledgeable about my dogs issues but recommended the most affordable options and nothing unnecessary -which is a big deal when you have three big dogs. All vet services seem expensive but I didn't find them to be unreasonable at all. I lucked out with them and will be using them from here on out!

The absolute best vet in Aiken or SC. Jay is so 'tuned' in to animals, he can tell you their problem even before checking them. He is a quiet man and as long as I've used him this quiet calmness relaxes the dog at once. He loves his profession and certainly does it well. I can't say enough about Jay, he's just the Best !!!
