Highly recommend Mobile Car Audio (MCA) for all your car audio, car alarm, bluetooth, and GPS navigation system needs. Recently had a car alarm and bluetooth installed to avoid getting tickets while on calls. LOVE IT! Works flawlessly and the GPS nav system is definitely a bonus! The system they recommended was perfect for my needs. Plus, the customer service was top notch and the installers are extremely knowledgeable about their product and cars. A few months after I had the alarm and system installed, my mechanic gave my car an oil change and I guess some latch got dislodged in the hood causing my car alarm to chirp unnecessarily. Brought it in and the owner Ryan asked me the symptoms and under a few minutes fixed the problem free of charge! I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take any money. Best troubleshooting and customer service ever! Highly recommend!!!

Do not go to MCA, they are unfamiliar with newer cars. they have unprofessional workers and they are not comcerned with customer service. they pick on military and they will not refund your money if they make a mistake. I have been there to the shop over 6 times and still with the same problems i had after leaving thier shop the first time. I asked for my money back on several occassions and i asked nicly and in emails and by threats and all did me no good. I am currently taking a small claims out on this comapny. I also have a report in with the BBB, Departments of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, KHON Action Line, and Military Commands and Legal. Do not go to this shop ever!
