I agree: RESIDENT MANAGER, BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED! There are many of us (residents) who want a positive change for our building. The so called improvements are a joke. Our maintenance fees are being used for managements gain and not to benefit the people who really matter: THE TENANTS. I am getting tired of putting up with the ugliness shown by all management and would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I am looking to sell and get out of this horrible place as soon as possible. Dont waste your money or time at Lele Pono..unless management is fired...it's a horrible place to be.

WORST Resident manager I have ever seen. Never on duty, never available, rude and does not follow through with any issues. Board members should be reevaluated since they can't seem to correct issues that. if corrected, would be beneficial for all residents. Bld has black mold behind walls...I'm calling Board of Health since Resident manager, board president and property manager has ignored this issue which I have been complaining about for months. Hope the AOAO takes responsibility for any health issues that may arise...but then again...they ignore important issues anyway...

WORST MANAGEMENT and SECURITY ever. Even though I love my unit and the location, the treatment here really makes it really hard to be happy living here. Male security glare at you whenever you ask them anything. Management NEVER deals with any issues. Certain units have gotten over 30 complaints with NO ACTION. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
