- Dental ExaminationYour initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.
- X-raysADA: This is a photo of our 3D panoramic x-ray machine we use to take CBCT x-rays, panoramic x-rays, and other types of x-rays that don't require films being placed inside our mouth. We have a handicap chair available in the office to sit on for those who may need it while the machine is taking the x-ray.
- Teeth CleaningThe American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
- Fillings

- Crowns'Aiea Pearl City Dental Care is excited to offer same day crowns known as CADCAM technology. The process involves taking a digital scan of the patient's teeth rather than using the traditional gooey impression materials. A computer generates a 3D model which we use to design a new crown. The design undergoes a series of tests to ensure accuracy and dependability of the new crown. The data is then sent to the PlanMill machine where a set of computer-controlled robotic arms mill the new crown out of a block of porcelain, kind of like a 3D printer. See the photos below or video here.

- Tooth Extractions
- BracesSpaces between the teeth are called diastemas and they can be closed with white fillings. Braces straightened the teeth first, but due to the shape of that front tooth we had to place a filling to close the space and complete the case.
- Teeth WhiteningADA: This is a photo of our Sprint Ray 3D printer that we use to make models of patient's teeth or nightguards. In the photo we also have our pressure machine used to make mouthguards, nightguards, retainers, and bleaching trays.
