Our clients are informed about healthy lifestyle choices through personal nutrition coaching, cooking demonstrations. We also teach you the importance of detoxing the body. Nutritional consultation at World Nutrition Consulting LLC we will provide our clients with the following. custom meal planning one on one consultation provide clients with advice on meal content, food selection, portion control and weight management. educated on why you need to detox your body. A consult can be done in person, over the phone or consultations can happen via email, FaceTime and Skype. WE WILL EDUCATE YOU ON WHY DETOXING THE BODY IS SO IMPORTANT!       NDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION COUNSELING Our program includes Private consultation for various nutrition-related concerns include, but are not limited to: weight-loss / weight-gain management diabetes high blood pressure high cholesterol and triglycerides Nutrient analysis of diet includes: Analysis of daily dietary intake of major energy sources (proteins, fats and carbohydrates), along with vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. Identification of deficits and excesses of energy sources and nutrients Development of healthy eating plan and modified diet Initial appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. Consultative Appointments on site are Available in Lenawee County, but not limited to Lenawee. Will travel to surrounding counties for on site consultation.
