Citizens for Quality Care offers a variety of long-term care services for elderly and disabled. It is a member of Michigan Assisted Living Association and Assisted Living of Federation. The center offers individualized care to residents with a variety of diagnoses for Alzheimer's disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, and low vision and hearing. Citizens for Quality Care provides laundry and housekeeping, transportation, personal care, medication management, and blood pressure and sugar monitoring services. It also provides a range of rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech therapies. Citizens for Quality Care has been operational since 1993 and is located in Adrian, Mich.
