giving one star is generous. horrible customer service. Mike Furney never returns your calls.....his secretaries that answer the phone always tell you that "it's a question for him so call him." yet he doesn't bother to call you back and if he does he has same excuse...."was sick" or "on vacation." hmmm wouldn't the lady tell us that!!!! had hardwood floors put in by them and was awful. the staining job was not done right, we can see clear discoloration/fading of planks. the sealant is peeling throughout the floors too. would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst support. Messed up our new home install and refuse to discuss it or even take a phone call. Mike Furney has absolutely NO sense of customer service. We have waited 4 weeks for him to call back to resolve an issue.
