Outstanding customer service! I have been using kiwi for carpet cleaning services for 3 years I always am 100% satisfied with my cleaning afterwards!

Kiwi Services did and excellent job on our house carpets. They were courtesy and kind and explained to me about the chemicals they were using on our carpets. We have pets (dog and two cats) so we really liked that they offered the pet treatment as well. Our carpets are always left smelling fresh and clean ! I have used Kiwi Services 3 times in the last 3 years and have been very pleased. In fact, I used another company in between the first and second time and after shelling out a lot more money, I wasn't anywhere near as pleased with the results as I was with Kiwi. When it came time to have my carpet cleaned again, there was no thinking about it or researching other companies, I immediately called Kiwi. I really like the warranty, their green carpet cleaner, the cleaning process in which my carpet is dry in no time, and of course, their reasonable prices. Even though my carpet looks new when they're finished cleaning, having 2 young kids, a cat, and a new puppy in the mix means our carpets tend to get gross in a somewhat short period of time. So having the 1 year warranty and minimal fees to come back out and clean the carpets again throughout the year is just icing on the cake for me! I highly recommend Kiwi!

I had your service for the second time on 3/26/2015. The young man that did the service had asthma and really had a hard time. I also felt he was inexperienced in that I had to point out places he had not done and especially around the baseboards I felt bad for him so finally just quit. Did make a call to your office after he left. I was so excited with my first service from you folks because it was fabulous. Will definitely use your service again, but hope to get another tech.

Once again, I had my home ready for a carpet cleaning appointment this past Saturday. My "window' for service was between one and three. When 3:15 rolled around, and no technician was in sight, I called the service number. At that time, I was told that they would not be coming at all. I wonder how long I would have waited for someone to give me this information??????? Unfortunatly, this is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure why I stay with Kiwi.....

Enjoyed the crew they sent. On time and clear about services required. Carpets were noticeably clean and the house smelled great. I am having my second call tomorrow.

We moved into a house in December that had FIVE dogs living inside (we were unaware of that before we bought). Before we moved anything into the house, we had KIWI clean the carpets, our couch, and the air ducts. The smell got SO much better after that. After living here a few months, we decided to have them come back for their cheap return fee. Excited to know we can have a clean home for much cheaper than other places/doing it myself!

We are selling our home and need our carpets to speak for themselves. There aren't a lot of carpet companies that use safe and effective cleaners so we called kiwi. We can't wait for our floors to smell and look fresh.
