I took 3 of my watches to Fuller's Jewelry yesterday to get the batteries replaced. I was excited to find a local jewelry store with 5 star ratings to change my batteries. BEWARE, the great reviews are sponsored. My first clue should of been when I walked inside the store, there was a sign stating they give a $20 credit in exchange for 5 star reviews. However I proceed to get my batteries replaced, they looked legit. 2 out of the 3 watches got the back plate scratched and my Michele watch also got a side scratch on the face. Although upset about the whole deal, I only asked them to remove the scratch they made on the side of the face. I talked to the jeweler about the scratch and he was very unprofessional and blamed me for it. I was not asking him for a credit, I simply wanted them to make it right and buff the scratch or do something to get rid of it. They refused. I keep my watches in very good shape and take great care of them. I want the people who are repairing them to do the same. Moral of the story, if you have expensive watch consider taking it elsewhere, otherwise BEWARE they may scratch your watch as they are not careful. You get what you pay for. In hindsight, I wish i paid a little extra and got it done at a more reputable place.

The store is clean and bright. Jeweler Jackie was organized and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect gift.

Being fairly new to the area, I was looking for a great jeweler and found Fullers to be just that. They are always helpful and provide wonderful service. Wouldn't go anywhere else...

My girlfriend and I just moved here and I was looking to buy her an engagement ring. I didn't know of any place down here, so I Googled jewelry stores and found Fuller's Jewelry. We went into the store and had the best experience in any kind of store. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the prices were amazing. I was able to get her the ring she wanted and it didn't cost a fortune like i thought it would be. The diamond was of the best quality and the ring was well designed. I just received my grandmother's necklace a few months ago and my son accidentally knocked out one of the emeralds. I googled jewelry stores around the area and found Fuller's Jewelry. I took my grandmother's necklace to see if it could be fixed and how much it would cost. The associate that help me told me that it could and gave me a price to fix it. The price shocked me, as i thought it would cost a lot more than what she told me. In about ten minutes she came back with the necklace fixed and cleaned. I couldn't believe the price and speed of service.

I recently went through some hard times and needed some quick money, so i went to Fuller's Jewelry. I read some online reviews that they offer more money for you gold. I brought in my old gold jewelry that I didn't need. I wasn't expecting much, but came out with almost double the money I expected. Josh was so helpful and understanding. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW RING!! Recently my husband bought my Valentine present at Fuller's Jewelry. I had mentioned in passing that I'd like a ring like the one that Kate Middleton got. Equipped with that information but no picture he told the sales clerk, Lisa, what he wanted when she greeted him. Although he looked at several diamond and sapphire rings, Fuller's staff assured him that one particular ring was the closest in appearance to the ring that was once Princess Di's. Imagine my surprise when I unwrapped my new ring which! It is very similar to the ring across the pond and I like it even better! I am thankful for Fuller's knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I had a very different experience at Fuller's than the first reviewer, and found it to be a very positive one at that. I had been shopping around some unwanted jewelry, just trying trying to find what the average was going to be, and was continuously disappointed at the majority of the offers. I had about given up when I heard a commercial for this "Fuller's Jewelry" store. Worn out from the day, I decided to stop by just to see if I could get anything more than what I had previously been offered. Walking in, I was greeted and approached immediately. I had explained that I was looking to sell some jewelery and they explained the process and got it started. Within 5 minutes I had an offer in my hand, and what an offer it was! It was the most I had been offered, and not just by a little bit! Shocked that I had been treated so fairly, I accepted; they finished the transaction with me and I was on my way. Fuller's is definitely a must-visit store when you're looking to sell! Loved it!

THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF ON GOLD IF YOUR NOT CAREFUL!!! if you go there to sell your gold, go other places first to get a FAIR offer. Fullers offered me 40% less than my best offer. Then when I told them my best offer price, then they went over that by $10. So they first low ball me instead of offering a fair value, then they came around when I stated what others were offering.
