      We purchased three units from Extreme Comfort . . .and cannot say enough GOOD things about this company. Mark, the owner, is a hands on guy who overseas everything and is pretty much around 24/7 . . .On the rare occasion when we have an issue, they respond quickly and professionally, but more importantly get the problem resolved quickly. We keep a service contract on the units and they keep them clean and running well . . .Customer Service and Customer Care describes this company . . .a rarity in the business world these day. Thanks Mark, Joey, and Mike for taking great care of the DeJulius family . . .you are the best!

      I live in Frisco and I called eXtreme comfort. My home's a/c was cooling but it was time for a check-up and recharge. It wasn't keeping up with the severe hot weather. I called at 8am and by 10am, Ron pulled up and did a thorough job of checking my system and recharged it. He made some recommendations that were beneficial for maintaining our a/c. They've earned my trust and I will contact eXtreme shortly to check my heating before it gets cold. I'm going to save some money by purchasing the maintenance plan. This way, I can get 2 free service calls annually with additional discounts.
