Not impressed. VERY poor communication. Can NEVER get anyone on the phone.

Do not recommend this office to anyone! The communication is very poor and never able to meet or speak with the the attorney directly! This office is not professional and lacks efforts on customer satisfaction completely. When requested return calls, they are not returned in a timely manner and when they are returned, it is done by a secretary that does not have any idea of what is occurring at hand, so more time spent trying to get answers accordingly. At the time of meeting, so much courtesy is shown, however, once they have convinced you to utilize their service and fees paid, all communication ceases without delay and from that point on, customer satisfaction is completely gone! Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone and would not rate it even 1 star but you can not submit your comments unless minimum 1 star is given!!!!!
