No one ever wants to be in a situation where they are stuck and need auto repairs. I was in this position last week when my SAM module in my car went out. Michael Sr. helped me not freak out about the entire process and Michael Jr. couldn’t have been nicer or more informative on what my options were. They performed the work that I needed done within the promised time frame. These guys are honest, ethical, and super smart.

I highly recommend Auto Care European.

I would not recommend Michael to restore a classic car. Actual price to paint my car was 2x the amount of the quote, took 4 months, ruined my convertible top, and driver door is not properly aligned. He made excuses after excuses. We got into a yelling match, I was happy to get out of there. He discounted my bill a few $$.

My wife's car had the engine light on back in Jan. Michael took on the challenge with short notice and had the car back to me the same day. He had to replace the thermostat, and even went to go get the part since he didn't have one at his shop. I was also given a loaner car so I wouldn't miss more work that day. I will go back and tell people about his great customer service.
