South Jefferson Central School District operates elementary, middle and high schools. Its schools include Mannsville Manor Elementary, Clarke Middle High and Clarke Senior High schools. It also offers adult education programs that include adult basketball and weight training, aerobics, judo, karate, computer and swimming classes. Its athletic activities include basketball, cross country, soccer, softball, volleyball, wrestling and swimming. It also has a library center that provides journals, periodicals, reference books, newspapers, reference and research books.
