After struggling to find Green Thyme (I drove past it several times before I finally found the small red building (btw it is across from that Yoga Center in case you were wondering)) I went in and was rewarded for my efforts. It is small, but cheery with a pretty wide arrangement of products. The staff is really helpfull and they will order anything that they don't already carry. I went in because a friend had reccomended it to me, and I a sure glad I went in! They not only have the standard healh food and supplements that you see everywhere else, they also have TONS of local products at really low prices! I couldn't believe how cheap everything was, some stuff was several dollars cheaper than I've been able to find it anywhere else.



It was cold that day and the girl brewed a pot of their delicious organic coffee just for me. They grind the beans and brew the coffee when you want a cup of coffee so you get the freshest coffee around.



I'm a vegetarian so it didn't really help me, but they carry local meat there that is free-range and free of any chemicals and hormones. Plus, their free-range eggs are the BEST! I haven't ever tried any eggs like this, organic or other wise, they were so light and flavorful. I was really shocked at the difference.



Oh and they also have a whole bunch of eco-friendly products. The girl there sold me on some Mrs. Meyer's dish washing liquid, which I am now addicted to. It is just like dawn or joy but with none of the harsh chemicals, plus it smells incredible!



I can't believe that I didn't go there before, because now I am hooked :)
