      I called NUMEROUS times, LISTENED TO THEIR RECORDING, WAITED FOR A REP, AND WAS CUT OFF BY A MESSAGE THAT SAYS THE CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS TIME. Poor service, or lack of service. Cannot believe a customer cannot even call a company store and get through at a Phone company. How ironic.

      Was on hold for 10 minutes or more and then when I got a response of please wait, if I did nothing they said that was an incorrect response. What was the correct response? This was a totally un friendly system. I never got through. You must have a better system. Very frustrated with at & t as of today. Always a champion of the system but not now.
