Allatoona cycle is the single worst place to do business for thousands of miles!!!!! These guys are a joke! I'm talking simple repairs. Carb rebuilds and cleaning seems to be rocket science to these guys. Every repair takes weeks to complete! Men and women beware......these guys will take you for a ride. They just don't produce, don't care, and lie without a conscience.

We took our 4-wheeler there to get an axle and boot replaced. Five weeks later, it still was not fixed. Each time we'd call, we were "Second in line." We finally drove down there, and they said they could not get it up on the rack because the battery was dead. They should have told us this before!, Besides, could you not put it in neutral and roll it?! So we went and bought one, and it was fixed in less than an hour! Problem was, they charged us about $100 MORE than they had quoted us!



Then we got it home, my son drove it and in less than an hour, it was broken again! So...we returned it to them. No problem, they would fix it. Now it has been over three weeks, and still it's NOT FIXED!



Either these guys really don't care about their customers, or they really don't know how to fix a 4-wheeler. Regardless, we're going to have to make another trip down there, pick it up, and take it to another shop, and pay another $300 to have it fixed correctly.

Atv was running rich & fouling plugs. Allatoona cycle & atv rebuilt my carb & adjusted the valves. Now my atv is running great!

Great bunch of guys! Very helpful and honest!Fair pricing I'm a woman rider and have found that some repair shops tend to take advantage and treat me as though I'm stupid. These guys were great, diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly, didn't over charge and were respectful.
