This review is for the Tire Barn at 581 Great Rd in Acton. This business is a complete joke with terrible customer service, they gave me back my vehicle completely unsafe to drive. After the installation of new tires which took all day, I started my drive home, the truck vibrated and pulled so far to one side it could not safely be driven. I went back to the Tire Barn to notify them of the issue and received nothing but attitude from the woman behind the counter. Finally they take the truck back in and claim to fix he issue, I get in the truck to leave and notice tool marks on the horn cover... turns out they tried to resolve the issue by realigning my steering wheel. Obviously this did not solve the vibration or the vehicle pulling to one side. Now my third time back into the building asking for my money back ($500.00), I get 3x more attitude and asked to leave the building. I went to the police but they said it was an issue for the BBB.
