Check your bill and know your car before you go. I took my Ford Escape here for "The Works" oil change. The charged me $10 over the stated rate. When I looked at the bill it said they were charging me for 6 qts of oil. I happen to know my engine doesn't take 6 qts so I asked. They claimed it takes 5.5 qts and they round up. Funny how they round up then charge for the higher number. I mean it's not like they're opening 1 qt bottles. Beyond this, the engine actually only take 5.3 qts and when I got it serviced last time around the corner at Acton Ford they called that 5 qts. It's an obvious scam to graft a few dollars out of everyone and I won't be part of it. I don't plan to return. Since they did perform the work I felt that 1 star wasn't justified but 2 stars seems generous. Caveat emptor.

When all the other shops were trying to close on labor day weekend I rolled in with a flat and was sent away. Eric and his staff took care of me, fixed the flat and got me on my way. I even interrupted one of the employees baby shower. They were nothing but professional, fixed my leak (without making me get a new tire). If I lived in the area for sure I would use them, they were stand up honest guys that seemed to have a lot of integrity In addition, they got me back on the road to catch my son's hockey game (and which was lucky because I didn't have a spare or jack). 5 stars for Eric and his crew
