First off girl who said lady at counter wasn't nice needs go check her self. 2nd the testers work just fine. Every time I've been she and her husband are very nice in fact I let her choose my flavors. I wouldn't go anywhere else

First of all, the lady working the counter was not very friendly. Secondly, the testers wouldn't allow enough "smoke" to get through for you to really be able to taste what you were sampling. Finally, I picked a juice and she asked me what amount of nicotine I wanted. I told her and she didn't have it. She only had it in one strength (which was not what I asked for) and she flippantly said "Oh it's only 3mg less"....great customer service and product availability. Will never shop there again. And their flavors taste like medicine. BLAH
